All US, Canada, and the United Kingdom orders shipped via DHL are fully trackable. DHL will not deliver on Public Holidays.

We are happy to accept returns, any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels and that is despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.
Simply email us for the return address at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason why you wish to return your item(s).
Sale items can only be returned for STORE CREDIT.
Please note Store Credit’s will not include any previous shipping costs.
Upon receipt, it takes about 3-5 working days to process your return.
All payments will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card.
Returns for refund will proceed within 5-10 working days of receiving the item, however, card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. This depends on their processing time and can vary greatly between card issuers. Unfortunately, we are therefore unable to influence this. We only refund shipping costs if there has been an error with the order. Sale items or items purchased in the sale section can be returned for STORE CREDIT only. Please email email@example.com with your order number.
We do not offer exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our clothes are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. However, return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we’ve received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receipt. Please note this may take slightly longer during busy periods.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from iyabott.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. During the sale period the processing time can increase to up to 5 working days.
After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take 2 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn’t include weekends or holidays.
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 5 days to file a claim.
We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete.
Iyabo Trading Company Limited does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Out of Stock Items
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.
Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping
While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our customers, Iyabo Trading Company Limited reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.
Additionally, Iyabo Trading Company Limited reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
- Similarly, Iyabo Trading Company Limited reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
